Strapping guide
The main role of bracing is to accept local expansion and contraction and distribute it uniformly in the face of the building. In addition, the strapping should prevent the entry of water and humidity into the inner layers of the walls and other parts of the building. Therefore, the binding mortar must be fine-grained and rich in order to prevent hair attraction. Stringing as the final work should complete the attractiveness of the landscape. The width of the bricks band is 8 to 20 mm based on the selected design, and the area of its implementation must be cleaned with a brush and moistened and sprayed with water before starting the work. The minimum grade of cement for banding includes 400 kg of cement per cubic meter. The diameter of the aggregate should not be more than 1 mm. The most appropriate time for stringing is before the wall mortar hardens (up to 25 days after execution). In any case, stringing should be avoided in very cold, very hot and rainy weather. If stringing is required in very cold or hot weather then It is necessary to adopt special measures for concreting in very hot or cold weather. In hot weather, the strapping should be protected from direct sunlight and kept moist with appropriate coverings. In cold weather, strapping should be done on sunny days between 10:00 and 14:00, sand and hot water should be used, and the strapped surface should be covered with suitable materials and kept warm. Mortar hardening speed decreases with decreasing ambient temperature. Therefore, when stringing in cold weather, the speed of stringing should be such that there is enough time for the mortar to harden before the onset of frost.

Tips on how to tie bricks
* Before installing the bricks, the joint of the brick on the wall must be moistened
* The minimum and maximum mortar thickness behind the brick should be between 2 and 4 cm
* The best temperature for installation is between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius, and face work should never be done during freezing weather.
* Sand and water used in mortars must be free of any organic substances
* The most suitable time for stringing is at least a few weeks after installing the bricks
* Before tying, the desired area should be moistened
* The best time to use the prepared mortar is 2 to 5 hours at most
* In order to homogenize the mortar suitable for strapping, it should be kneaded for at least a few minutes
* Never use a mortar board for this purpose
* When tying, you should put the mortar on the tying pen and then insert it between the groove of two bricks
* Wet wipes should never be used to clean the additions of mortar between the grooves
* The best time to use the brush is after 2 hours
* If resin is used to waterproof bricks, the structure must be completely dry and clean
* Colored powders can be added to the binding mortar. But their amount in mortar should not exceed 10% of cement weight
* Exceed and in addition, it should be anti-alkali and maintain its stability in the long term against light
